First let me say that Im not looking to make a "fake " numbers matching car!! PERIOD CORRECT I guess would be the term. I just like the OHC sprint engine. I already have a sprint hardtop with three spd. and a sprint vert. with TH350.THESE ARE ALL NUMBERS MATCHING ORIGINAL CARS. Just looking to convert this particluar car here because I have a numbers matching sprint engine sag. 4 spd. hurst shifter combo to put in this car.Not worried about matching vin numbers the car wont be for sale this is just a project I might do. I have the bell housing too. The car itself has the ohc 1 bbl. engine. Im guessing that the crossmember will still be needed for the manual trans, floor shift steering column is needed , how difficult is it to swap the clutch brake peddles out I also think I Read that the Z bar is needed too. The drive shaft is that different? It would be cool to find someone that did this before and could send me a list of what is needed. I am able to do the work myself just never did before. Rather then just diving into it Id like to know before hand what needs to be done. Thanks again for the info. Great to have all this info available to share with. Chris
