Jim: In some respects I agree, but if you knew the effort these guys went through to be accurate you might cut them a little slack. I can't tell you how many receipts I dug out to get the right part number so I could get the right spec and phone calls I made to double check stuff for them. I would say the majority of my time and their time was spent on getting the facts right so I would cut them slack on this one error.
