I guess bottom line is that the parchment is the white for that year. I thought it would say "white". I am sure mine is "parchment". I think CI has samples.
How long did it take you to build your car? Did you use many original parts? Are most after market parts ok? Should I stick with any GM part when available? I see they are more expensive.
