Trap the cats and drop them off at the shelter. That really stinks about the damage they've caused.
Get a big rock for the corner of your yard. You have enough room between the driveway and the unfenced line. That, or anchor a spike strip down buried in the grass. :evil:
If it comes down to calling on ordinance enforcement, better do it while you're going to be home for a while.
