I understand exactly how you feel. My previous next door neighbor had two dogs, 9 cats and didn't clean anything. They wouldn't pick up the dog crap in their yard and their cats would go through our garbage cans. I would come out in the morning and the trash bags would be tore open and trash spilled all over. My wife and I couldn't sit out back because the stench of dog crap was so strong it was as if it was on a plate on our patio table.

They wouldn't even mow their lawn. Finally after trying to talk to them I called the township and dog catcher. Don't get me wrong I love animals(we have a dog of our own) but I spent $3200 on landscaping and another $3000 on concrete work which we should be able to enjoy without smelling the local landfill next door.

To make a long story short they foreclosed on the house and now no one cuts the lawn but me. The township points to the bank and we can't find out who the bank is
