I used a set of the same headers you are using, buy an oil filter adapter kit from Ames or Performance years. This kit will tilt your oil filter backwards so it will clear the bottom of the header with no problems getting the filter off. It was used on all '67-9 F-body & '64-9 big cars using long branch manifolds.
