Sounds like he needs to buy an extra motor and build something with the idea of what he wants out of it. That way he can enjoy what he has until the other one is ready and then just drop and run. BUT... be aware that more power will find the weakest link. So maybe not the first time he fries up those skins, maybe not the second time but sooner or later something else is bound to let go. Just a word of warning from another speed junkie. The more money you spend the faster you can go.
