Well after pushing the wiper switch a couple twenty times, fluid starting pumping out. I'm not sure how it should work but I need to push the button two to three times to get it to work. Is this normal? If not, I'll lower the priority and get on to other pressing matters like my charging system, rear suspension, etc.
