Not for this car. '68 did not offer a power antenna option, so aftermarket is just fine. Plus when retracted it is just a button, and looks neat and clean. It's just test fitted, I will be triangulating the braces for stability when it's finished, and have to add a switch. I'll probably use a factory-type power top switch, since the car has a manual top it will blend in nicely.
My '69 has the factory power antenna and finding parts is a royal PITA.
