I installed a new deluxe wood wheel, new turn signal switch, new horn realy, & a new horn contact kit & I still have no horns. I switched a couple wires on the relay & when I put the key in the ignition the horns come right on, so I know that the horns themselves are OK. Here's pics of the horn relay & the wheel setup. Do I have anything backwards or am I missing something cause I am out of ideas.
Did you put the pin & spring in? It has to make contact with the back of the steering wheel. When you press on horn button it completes the circuit.
