when? you mean what I guess...I personally dont have a plan for uprising...but for 'the people' to have any kind of uprising w/o weapons is fruitless...but they do happen...look at Syria and look at Libya for instance...weapons ARE needed...you can defend yourselves with axes, shovels etc....

and if the govt isnt worried about 'our weapons', why the big outcry...it sure isnt because people with guns kill people....people w/o guns shoot people too...
do you by chance remember the shooting about 15-18 years ago in houston? a Scot was shot in a guuys back yard ,4 am as he was running around drunk trying to get people to wake up, as he thought he was being robbed by girls he was sharing a cab with? he was shot in our neighbor hood...and all over Europe people were complaing about the "cowboy" mentality of the US, saying it would never happen there as they forbid citizens to have guns...
that went on for about 6 months...then it got quiet....the quiet was because some guy in Scotland ran in to a school and shot about 15 kids with a gun (which he wasnt allowed to have)....so yes,Laws against guns doenst stop people from being shot....they will onl;y be shot by illegal guns.
