off2 it looks like your kickdown cable will move right away at any throttle. You don't want it to move until getting closer to wide open throttle. If you have any upshifting issues, re adjust this linkage so it starts to pull on the cable a little before wide open throttle as seen in my pic. (I know what a mess huh?? [censored] P.O. I've since cleaned it all up).
