Well after installing and removing the gauge pod prob 30 times (trying one new thing at a time)....problem is still there. I added grounding wire to the rear of the metal pod and no difference. I even wrapped the original grounding rod with copper wire, and made a new connection to the dash, and again no difference. I'm starting to think its the speedo mount somehow, cause that's all I removed and there are two rubber grommets on the bolts. Grommets look good though and removing the bolts and re-installing them had no difference. Any thoughts guys and gals? i even checked the plug and connections there, and everything seems good and tight and I added dielectric grease to all the electrical connections to ensure a good connection. Its like a whole different assembly and it makes me want to use a BFH on it.....
