69s came two different ways, a single line set-up(like my drum/drum 350 car had) and a disc/drum configuration which had a two piece line with a valve located under the drivers door. I'm not sure that valve is repopped. If it's not a disc car just connect the two lines and you're done. When I re-did my brakes I wanted to order the pre bent lines but the oversized shipping was more than the lines. I made my own for about $12 from twilightzone.
