TONS of info here...scroll down about 3/4 of the way to the bottom and they discuss this valve in a few separate instances. Explains what the valve is, what it does, etc. Whoever wrote this seems to think that the valve under the drivers seat was installed ONLY on SOME front disc/rear drum cars...the "nose heavy" ones...like V8's with A/C. And other cars with front disc/rear drums did NOT have this valve, if they were not considered "nose heavy."
