100K is not likely to happen based on what we saw with the Carnival Red Ram Air car. Also, ram air hood is the 400 hood. While possible you may have found a Ram Air car, more likely it is a 400 car particularly given all the options. Many of the Ram Air cars were low option due to a racing focus. Getting the PHS will resolve these points. Plus missing most of the numbers matching components hurts the value significantly.
