I checked out the bar and here is what I have. It attaches to the mutileaf spring at the axle and extends forward and then connects to the bracket of the front of the leaf spring.

The bar wiggles and is loose and the end over the axle.

Is it doing anything good for the car?
Should I just remove it or leave it?
