I was thinking I had a THM350 in my 67 400 vert ... looking at some of the references above and my own photos I've discovered it's actually a TH2004R (the Nevada shaped pan).
Trouble is, only 3 gears, so I guess something isn't connected correctly. (Headlights, horn relay and parkers were wired incorrectly during resto by previous owner)
Any advice appreciated.
Are you sure about that Ausbird? http://transmissiontechnologies.com/gm-transmission-pan-shapes.aspx You could be and you could have a linkage problem that is preventing the use of all 4 gears. Unless you are 100% for sure, I would recheck again using the link to match the pan correctly. If you are 100% for sure, disconnect the shift linkage from the tranny shift arm and cycle it through all the gears at the tranny and see if you have all those gears. If you do have 4 forward gears, then hook the shift linkage back up and adjust it. Simple stuff man.
