Ok, I've got a chebbie big block in my '68 F'bird (hey, I just got it and will get rid of the chebbie engine, ok?) and can't get the driver's side valve cover off b/c there's something in the way jutting out from the firewall. I'm guessing that what's jutting out is the wiper motor or parts thereof. If so, looks like there are 3 or so bolts holding this on. Here's what I'm trying to figure out - can I just unbolt these 3 or so bolts and slide this out of the way, or are parts going to go flying everywhere if I unbolt this? Just trying to figure out how involved this will be. Need to put a new valve cover gasket on that side and also need to adjust the valves, so it's got to come off.
