Good news: Wiper motor came out just like you said - unbolted three bolts, then was able to unbolt motor from the arm.
Bad news: Wiper motor was very hard to turn by hand; it was working, but very slow, so I figured it was going bad and needed to be taken apart. Of course, when I took it apart, something broke inside. Sh*t. Oh, well, a new motor is only $108 at Year One...
