I measured mine and it is a 6 1/2 x 2 1/2. It was for a 70 400 AC car which the dia of the pulley is smaller.
I think I would get the correct part numbers on the pulley that should be on a 70 and replace the one you have. That way it is all 70 instead of mix and match.
