Hagerty has a mileage limit, but they don't track it so no idea how that would be handled. I'm sure if you said 2k per year and the odometer said 10k when you totaled it, you'd be SOL.
I think you can pick 1000 or 2000 miles per year.
I gave them my odometer reading seven or eight years ago when I agreed to 2k per year, but some years I've only put a couple hundred miles on, so I have some slop built in there. You do not need to report odometer each year.
