Once I get my new paint job buffed out I am considering adding the HO stripe to make it more identifiable. The way I understand is that this is a factory option that could have been on the build sheet (but not on mine) but was dealer installed. I also understand that the dealer installed them onsite even if they werent on the build sheet.
I guess my question is would it have been possible to have the stripe even though its not on the PHS docs? And what do you think like or dislike the stripe?
The 400HO was not available from the factory with an HO stripe. The order document clearly states it is unavailable. So it will never be on the PHS invoice. However all models could have the rally stripe with out the HO letters. If the dealer would have installed it would be another story.
