Just make ABSOLUTELY sure he does not get involved with Bruce Fulper at Rock and Roll Engineering which is nearby in CA. Dudes a train wreck and legend in his own mind. LOTS of bad press about him at the old Pontiac Years forums.
It's unfortunately the engine remanufacturing firm my wife worked for here in PHX before we ventured east went out of business. I got my 455 block cheap.
