Whats a PHS ? I have the body broadcast copy, so I suppose that's not the full build sheet. It id's most of the options and does belong to the car based on the vin, but doesn't id the block. This '68's paperwork has a dealer invoice dated May 3, 1968, showing the correct VIN. so stands to reason it was built before then, in fact that block could very likely be a 67 block.
'68 400HO Coupe, 4 spd, 259 interior, Windward Blue. My other car's a Johnson 15 outboard on a '61 Starcraft rowboat... Just sayin'.
