I did! I turned it down to about 700 rpm and it runs as smooth as never before! And still no starting issue when warm.

Next step to get it out on the streets is, to pass the safety inspection. Everything is fine - except the horn does not work. I am checking this, but do not find the horn relay. But there is another thread in the forum for it.
