There's only 3 places coolant can leak from on an intake. 1. The hose neck . 2. The crossover between the heads. 3. The rubber washer gasket in between the timing cover and the intake.
When you tightened down the intake bolts did you get them all started in the heads and then tightened the timing cover bolt first before cinching down the intake bolts? Did you use sealer around the head water ports and the rubber gasket too?
