OK, my painter cancelled our agreed to 5 pm appointment today to pick up my car. Which is what I and my friend predicted would happen. He told us he was tied up about 1 hour before I estimated he would and went to his "go to" excuse: Medical problems.
I will be pressing charges for auto theft Tuesday morning when the deputy I am working with is back in the office. Otherwise these excuses will jut go on and on. I also have to reimburse my friend for the U-haul truck and trailer now, too.
