In my case the rad support and inner fender are basically fused together. So I was thinking that dropping the frame might be an option. If one side is fused together in the red circle, is it still possible to remove the fenders, perhaps with one side remaining connected to the rad support? Otherwise doing so would likely cause me to have to buy a rad support, inner fender, or both.
