Not neccesarily, if they went to the time and trouble rotisserie restoring a body that had already been a TA you may have found the only discrepancy already in the master cylinder. Looks pretty correct. I'm sure they swapped all the numbers. If the guy owns both TA's it's his business what goes on behind closed doors.
