At the risk of being wrong I will post what I have learned. Seller will not disclose entire VIN but offers to fax his copy of the PHS.
***retraction***Partial VIN provided indicates a Norwood build date around 8B was based on inadequate data, my database has only Norwood convertibles***
Headrests are bent bar that weren't used until a couple of months later, crossbar dash balls are later, and of course TAs were not released until March '69. Production info is pulled from the slowly growing database. Please contribute to it!
