Although in an ideal world sellers would clearly and accurately list what they sell, and buyers would research and know what they need, sometimes questions need to be asked or clarifications given.

Many sellers are not trying to misrepresent an item if the description is not correct, it may be an honest error, but when someone provides correct information a reputable seller should double check their ad and modify the listing if appropriate, not attack the source of the information.
