Take a stab at your local Pontiac Dealer and see if they won't talk to you about NOS fenders at the wholesale price.
I took the GM resto part list to my local dealer with the items I needed highlighted (to show them how much I would be spending) and they agreed to sell everything to me wholesale. And like any part you order at the dealer - they pick up the tab on the shipping!
