I had a fender that I bought four years ago that was wrapped in a GM wrapper, was the right color etc. but it still wasn't a high quality item. Needed much bodywork and still isn't a perfect fit. It might have been a reject part that hung around a warehouse or something but it was supposed to be a GM NOS item.....buyer beware!
