While we are on the subject - does anybody have a trashed spare (read CHEAP) chrome lever and "T" setup for a '67 (minus the rest of the shifter)?
I have a NOS lever and "T" handle that I want to use, but I need to transfer the "guts" from another shifter. We are talking about the inner actuator rod, plastic tube, springs, end cap and the threaded collar that secures the "T" to the curved lever.
There are a couple of complete shifters on e-bay right now but the going rates are over $60 and I don't need most of the parts.
