Negative. Both clocks mount on a console a little differently and their faces matched the colors of the instrument clusters for the same year.
'67: Black face with light green numbers and orange hands.
'68: Steel blue face with white numbers and white hands.
'67 clocks mounted directly to console over an "cutout" section in the console. The harness passed through the same "cutout" I believe there was only one bolt used, maybe 2 - but no reinforcement bracket.
'68 clocks used 3 nuts/bolts and a metal reinforcement bracket under the console. One of the nuts went up through the same "cutout" as the '67, however, the rear 2 bolts and the harness passed through a 2nd (larger hole) farther up the console. Also the rear 2 bolts went through the console and into the clock at an angle.
