skip the lt1 altogether!!! you can burn it down with a stout pontiac engine anyday!! look around and find a good block, bore it out and put a set of 16's on it. you'll have no problem smokin the tires when your done. id build the 400 befor stuffing the LT1 in as you'll see better results with this switch than the fi engine! imo!
