Although everybody posts some pics of their birds every now and then and off course we have the online carshow, those show only one or two pics of the car.

I thought it would be fun to have a thread where everybody just posts some their favourite pictures ever taken of their bird. On the road, of the interior, where ever, whatever. It could be a great database of all different kinds of Birds to browse through!

I'll start. I have to take some more this summer, but these are some of the pics I like:

Ok, so I found one I really liked. I just wish I had my hood bumpers for the pic.

This one is my favorite for right now. The house will be paid off in 3 1/2 years, then I can restore her. Since I'm saving about $213,000 paying off the house fast, I think I will have a few more projects to go with her! Maybe I can buy a 1/3 of a 69 Trans Am with an option to buy out my partners!

Ok, as of today. I have a few more fav pics.

Went to the Wide Track Warrior 16th Annual Car Show today at Old Town FL. We were fortunate enough to not only meet Jim Wangers, he signed our air cleaner lid. We also purchased a copy of his new book "Pontiac Pizazz!". We bought one of a 1000 leatherbound copies that both authors signed. Mr. Wangers was also nice enough to write a very nice comment in the book about our bird as well. Needless to say it was a great day. If that wasn't enough, we did take 1st place in the first gen class as well. They had some awesome trophies (see pic)

"Hey Joe... Great looking 68-400!"

Thank you. Honestly, meeting Mr. Wangers was the best part of the day. He is such a nice guy and for him to take the time and interest is what really impressed me. With all the people who wanted to talk with him, he still took the time to ask us questions about our car, listened to our restoration story with our kids who helped along the way etc. Just very impressive that's all I can say...

I just found this picture of my 1969 Ram Air convertible. I sold this car about 12 years ago for 14K frown

That would be Jerry Titus' #13 1968/69 Firebird.

Great idea! If I can get her to pose in front of the Mackinaw bridge we might have a chance. And we would also have some more 'contour' to contemplate....(it's a little nippy up there ya know). laugh
