that measurement on mine is 9.5". i have a space between the end of the bumper and the emblem of 1 1/4 ".my quarters have been replaced at one point so i don't know what the original measurement is for sure.the bumper is not supposed to cover up the emblem.

My emblem also measures 9.5" from the end of the panel. Looks like you emblem is in the wrong location.

The body man that did that must have been having a bad day. Or he had one to many beers. That will be fixable.

Just curious, but how does one put that emblem 4" off when there is a hole in the qtr for the emblem?
Is it possible that the qtr had been replaced with a camaro skin and they had to cut their own location for it?

bumper looks right...emblem in wrong ocation....someone used Camaro quarters and installed the hole for the bird based on some wrong assumptions or measurements...or maybe based on a Camaro bumper...no idea on how far they wrap.....But I`veseen this excat situation before...thois is not the first time...

Take some more pics farther away so we can see more of the whole side. Is it the same on both sides? I will post some pics of mine if you want , it still has the org. 1/4s on it. And down size the pics a little
