Last week I went over to Jim Fbody69s for a few hours (Until he was tired of me) and it felt like I was in the Twilight Zone.
I couldn't explain it if I tried.

LOL I didn't offer him a drink and I feel bad about that now. He arrived just before noon and I usually don't 'hit the sauce' that early. laugh (joke) What struck me as the weirdest thing was how different someone can be than your 'mental picture' is from what a person posts on the board. And the whole time he was visiting, my brain kept trying to adjust to the 'real person'. That part was my 'twilight zone' type experience. Now when I read his posts and emails I have an amazingly different understanding to his words... If you have ever read the series of Carlos Castenada books about Don Jaun and the Yaqui Indians, it was an experience like Don had with his allies. Although Don ate peyote for his experience.. laugh I got away without needing it for mine. Maybe it's the DNA research drug I've been taking for almost 10 years now.... wink

I don't drink anyways.
I was just trying to mess with Jim a little bit.

It actually was a nice visit, I was unaware that He was sick.

Jim is different in person and is not the hard as* as it seems he is on the board.

I had a good time and would like to get together again sometime.

Hold on...what's with the capital on He? Did Jim ask you to refer to him this way? Did he ask that you not look him directly in the eye and exit the room backwards? wink

Gon'a lose my redneck membership card this spring wink
Work'n on a package deal with another Ponti-addic.
Will give me 25' work bench space back, and be able to walk around the 67(maybe start on it?)
But keeps try'n to get me take a rusty 70 Formula RAIII in the deal cry
Selling 2 other vehicles when weather breaks.
That "could" bring it down from 9 to 6.
May even get a loan to start house renovation.

Oh ya, and be able to see both sides of outer garage walls first time in 10yrs! smile

M. Keton - "You wanna beer?"

M. Mull - "It's 7 o'clock in the morning."

M. Keton - "Scotch?"
