Here are some progress pics, I picked the car up April 9th and have been burning the candle at both ends Putting it together ! I really helps when all of the components and sub assemblies are restored/rebuilt.I decided to install the engine and build around it with the front sheetmetal being last.. The damplifier pro sound deadner was a pita to put down but just slapping it with your hand it almost sounds like a marble slab ! almost. The interior will be dead last as I will have to have the seats made up in the correct leather.

Looking great. Love the color.

What is that under the drivers fender on the firewall? Some kind of vacuum canister? I don't have that on mine.

Looks great. The more options, the more work restoring. Are you going to keep all the options? The cruise is fun to find the parts for. wink

Jim, you sure said it ! it adds a ton of money to the project as well. The cruise was pretty much all there when I got the car,I did buy a NOS cruise transducer for about $60.00, the stalk I bought back in the 90's for the cost of about $15.00 The difficult part to find it the carb lever.
I'll create a web page and add lots of detailed parts pics of the options. I'm taking lots of pics as I go..

Mike,
I had to make the carb bracket to hook up the cruise. I bought a NOS transducer too and still have to install it. I had two used transducers fail. They are tricky and they can look like new but be on their 'last legs'. It's good to have NOS. I find that I do not use the cruise much but it's sure nice to have it on there and complete.....
