I've read and heard some Poncho heads require drilling and tapping to allow a front exhaust bolt for headers and Long Branch manifolds. Does anyone know whether a pair of '69 "62's" will require drilling? I suppose I could spend a few knuckle busting hours pulling my stock manifolds off to check and see but my knuckles get mad at me for even thinking about it.

If you use the 62's and LBMs, you will be very happy. That is the combo that I am running and I love them! Lots of power and great sound as well...

That's the plan. Headers are a crapshoot and the extra heat they add to an already humid engine compartment seems rather counter productive to me.
