i am out of garage space. I bought it on Ebay for $20900.00 a few months ago when i didn't think i'd get my Shelby in time for the summer. (Summer in Ohio is not very long..lol).
After I got the car in April, I had work done on it by two local businesses. I invested about $4500 in it for things that I thought were necessary
thats a total of $25k plus...? he really has that in it? I forget the 'story'...except it has been "rolled back"
No disrespect intended for Robert, the member here, but that car was brought back from the dead not long ago. And it didn't have a 'proper resurrection' if you know what I mean. I lost my pictures of the gaping rust holes.... And Robert did mention that the leaf spring was pushing up through the floor....
It looks like he did when you see the auction page. But you never know if there was some 'negotiations' behind the scenes... Crazy to watch how it went from $3500 to $25000 in just a matter of months.... It's a Hot Potato!
I vaguely remember a hole in the quarter that a cat could crawl through.... A close up of the driver side quarter just in front on the wheel might be something to ask for....
I went and looked at the whole file. Not to bad for what it is, not meant to be a concourse restoration but an ok driver. I'd like to see the rebuild pics if I was looking at it. Doesn't matter how bad it was, just how good it was repaired.
Wanting a Custom fit in an off the rack world.
I don't have time for a job, I just need the money.
Robert painted it and there's only so much you can do in a week... if you get my drift. I wish I still had the 'before' pics, that would clear things up a little.

One week? You mean Foose didn't Overhaul it?

Either Robert is Foose on uppers or it got a few 'short cuts'..... And by the way he talked after he got rid of it I would lean towards the short cuts...
