I will miss seeing his pitiful face when the Bears beat up on the Packers. I just wish we wouldn't have to watch his annual end-of-the-season "retirement" blubbering scene.
Though I have the typical Bears fan anti-Packer feelings, I have had a respect for the talent of Favre. He has destroyed that with his antics.
I'm not a Packer Fan, but they just traded away there hope of getting to the Super Bowl. They were one game away last year, and in my opinion they got as far as they did because to Favre.
I have 3 Favre jerseys and a rookie card I'll be putting on e-pay. Brett made the packers the packers for the last 17 years (so did holmgren and mccarthy). I for one' a native Wisconsin am disgusted with his conduct and exit. He was loved, admired and a hero in GB. Hat's off to the fans and GB as Brett changes colors. I'm discusted he made this decision and will not cheer brett for the first time in 17 years (unless of course he gets sacked). Why would he blow a great exit plan like he had?? Sad...
In light of many recent management decisions, I would say most (not all) the blame for this fiasco lies with the Packers organization. They've succeeded in making the Packers, Green Bay, and the whole state of Wisconsin look like 2-year olds!
-=>Lee<=- Due to budget constraints the "light at the end of the tunnel" has been turned off!
its weird ,he even made the Hannity and Colmes show as "news" yesterday....
And that is exactly what this is all about. He is one of those egotistical people who cannot live without the limelight. They must find a way to keep getting attention.
