Does anyone out there have a photo of the installed folding rear seat latch? I am trying to get the right mounting location. Thank you!

The holes for the latch are already drilled in the webbing from the factory, whether your car came with the seat or not, the holes are already there. They are on the passenger side, upper left if you are inside the car looking at the rear seat/trunk divider (webbing). There are two small holes about 3/8" and they are about 3/4" apart and are verticle. Place the latch over the holes from the inside the car, have someone on the trunk side and have them place the flat, rectangular, threaded with two holes metal plate type thing on the back side of the two bolts. Then thread the two bolts into the holes in that metal plate and tighten. That's it...

If I remember correctly, the single hole on the opposite side (driver's side) is also already drilled for the rubber stopper that gets screwed in place on the webbing. Now of course once the cardboard divider is in place, you can not see these pre-drilled holes so maybe put the divider in place and poke the holes with an awl from the trunk side so you know where to push the bolts/screw threw etc.
