Any one know the correct bolts for the bracket that the clutch and brake pedal connect to? This is the bracket that has four studs. The four studs go through the firewall for the brake booster to sit on. Then its suppose to be mounted to the floor. The brake and clutch mount to this bracket. not sure what the bracket is really called. Removed it to coat ti with an anti rust agent and paint it but I'm not sure what bolts / washers to use to mount it back into the floor. Any help would be appreciated.

The bracket you are referring to is called a pedal "carrier". The same carrier is used for auto or manual trans. Sorry, I do not know the bolt size off hand...
