If you’re talking about the two cylinders, you’ll need to purchase new. As far as I know there aren’t any rebuild kits offered.
On the pump, it's fairly easy to take apart and clean. You can just buy new seals/o-rings. If your elec. Motor is working well, that may be all it needs. For $250 you can get a new pump.

I'm assuming its my pump. The top just takes forever to get down and the final 3" requires me pushing it down by hand.

How would I know if its the cylinders or the pump?

thanks

How about going up? Sounds about right to me, they were never fast and there is more effort required initially putting the top down than while going up.

You could try to bleed the system out as well, that helps a bit sometimes.

manually it takes no time for up and down...one reason I like my manual....at the time of a rain shower it takes no time.

going up its pretty slow uptil its perpendicular to the ground. at that point it requires a pull or else it just gets hung up.

Check for binding in any of the frame pivot points, they do need lubrication now and then. How is the fitment of the top fabric? Loose or tight when top is up? Start with the ez obvious stuff and then move to the hydraulics. Check'm for leaks and then bleed the system.

Also check for worn bushings. When they oval out they bind. This will quickly break welds.
