im in the process of removing body from frame. i need to replace floor pans on both sides of the car.im pretty sure i got more rust hidding out on other parts of the car my questions is should i sandblast the body first then repair or should reapir then sandblast new at this so would want to do it the right way thanks in advance

Every professional restoration company I have seen in operation always completely blasts or dips the body shell 1st to expose all the problem areas and then begins the metalwork. MCR

dont sand blast...do media blasting...sand blasting can warp metal panels.

Salmon is correct, blast first (media not sand) and repair afterwards or you might miss a lot and have to redo some thinjgs

I had mine redi-stripped. Did a nice job. (see pics in my link below) exposed a lot of issues I may not have seen.

OK I WILL DO THAT FIRST. MY NEXT QUESTION IM GOING TO BE DOING THE REPAIRS LITTLE BY LITTLE ON DAYS OFF AND SO FORTH I HAV ENO GARAGE IT WILL BE UNDER A CANOPY I WILL BE REAPIRING LITTLE BY LITTLE ON DAYS OFF SO I WOULD BE HAVING THE BARE METAL EXPOSED MY QUESTION NOW IS.AFTER GETTING FROM THE BLASTING PROCESS SHOULD I PRIMER THE BODY AND MARK THE AFECTED AREAS OR IS THERE ANOTHER PROCESS I CAN PERFORM WHILE IT SITS THANKS IN ADVANCE

You'll want to primer that bare metal within a week from getting back from the stripper. Even in a grage it will flash over with rust.

Yes, fully epoxy primer after stripping the body and document problem areas that need to be fixed.
Go look at one of the cars that MCR has on their site that has a lot of photos taken (the car has progressed in their shop past the point of paint). You will get how to proceed on your project by following one of their picture histories and see how they do it.
