maybe his wife is selling it FOR him. I had a guy try to sell his wife's car without her consent. My uncle went and looked at it for me. It was in sweet shape. When I talked with him on the phone to close the deal with a cashiers check to be verified at his bank and title exchanged there at his bank, he continued to insist on $20,000 in cash in person. I wonder how far I would have gotten on the drive home before his wife reported as stolen?
