Hello, resto experts! I've been failing to find identical Rally II trim rings for my car... My current rings have some dings, lots of small scratches, some oxidation, and are dull. I've been reading online - there is a lot of conflicting information. (ie. use/don't use steel wool, etc). Does anyone have advice for scratch, spot, and oxidation removal on polished trim rings? Thanks!

all I can do is to recommend this , which is what I use...not sure how bad your stuff is, but I would not use steel wool...if anything use copper wool, as steel wool will leave some residue and rust. http://www.master-formula.com/Metal%20Polish.htm

I use Adam's products on my car. Their metal polish works amazingly well. http://www.adamspolishes.com/
